Geraldine O'Neill, known as Urban Yogi, is a freelance yoga teacher in Dublin. She teaches at The Elbowroom and Lotus Yoga, and in recent times, on Zoom. She works in marketing by day, and therefore, understands how busy life can get, and how hard it can be to stick with routines or even get going.
Geraldine has been practicing yoga for twenty years and has trained with world class teachers. She is trained in many different styles of yoga, and combines these styles to suit the student and the situation. She has hosted many yoga weekends and fitness camps, here in Ireland and internationally.
Her weekend at Ballygarry will be the perfect antidote to our recent lockdown, offering energising and restoring yoga, optional fitness classes, quality rest time, good food, nature and great company. This wellness break will be suited to everyone regardless of yoga or fitness level.
The theme of the weekend will be Re-Emergence & Recovery.
