Brooks
 Dining at Brooks is rated among the finest in Tralee town. Offering modern Irish cuisine with contemporary twists Brooks at Ballygarry House is open 7 days for breakfast from 7am to 10am and for lunch 12.30pm - 2.30pm.
Dinner is served from 6.30pm - 9.30pm offering both Table d'hote and A la Carte menus. The magnificent gardens and surrounding water features can be seen and heard from the large windows overlooking the grounds.
Leebrook Lounge
Should you require something a little more casual our lively informal Leebrook Lounge is well known and offers an excellent choice for daily lunch meetings, afternoon coffee or early evening meals, to enjoy a quiet pint or entertain a livelier gathering of friends .Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 2.30pm with a light snack menu available throughout the afternoon and a superb evening menu is on offer from 6.30pm – 9.30pm.
In Room Dining
Should you prefer a lazy start to the day breakfast is served to your room from 7.30am to 9am. Light snacks are available throughout the day with an extensive evening menu and excellent service on offer for diners who wish to remain in the comfort of their own room.
Courtyard Dining
The latest addition to Ballygarry House is the Courtyard since the completion of our beautiful landscaped gardens. Perfect on a sunny day to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery, over breakfast, lunch or dinner. Weather permitting of course !
Lunch 12.30 – 2.30pm and Dinner 6.30pm – 9.30pm.
