Dining at Brooks is rated among the finest in Tralee town. Offering modern Irish cuisine with contemporary twists Brooks at Ballygarry House is open 7 days for breakfast from 7am to 10am and for lunch 12.30pm - 2.30pm.

Dinner is served from 6.30pm - 9.30pm offering both Table d'hote and A la Carte menus. The magnificent gardens and surrounding water features can be seen and heard from the large windows overlooking the grounds.
