We are currently inviting applications for the following position

Head Chef

Within this position you will be responsible for overall standards of culinary practice, menu development and idea generation, stock control, budgeting, G.P management and staff management.

You will work closely with the management team of the Hotel to maintain and continue the high level of standards, and to develop the menus on a seasonal and progressive basis.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience within a 4 or 5 star Hotel, with a large emphasis on a very busy banqueting environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate well under pressure are essential to this role.

 All relevant hygiene and health and safety certificates will apply.  

 This position is full time, with an excellent salary package which includes a performance related bonus.
