WAITING STAFF

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced member to join the waiting team here in Ballygarry House Hotel.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years experience in a 3 or 4 star establishment.

 To be able to perform in a professional and courteous manner to all customers.

To be able to attend to all the guests needs during their meal.

To offer an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage products and hotel services in general.

To take reservations for the restaurant and to greet and seat guests upon arrival.

To provide accurate billing and to handle all financial transactions accurately.

To provide room service to guests.

Must have a fluent level of both written and spoken English.
